RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please email us as soon as possible and explain the problem. Refunds or if available, exchanges will be honored for up to 30 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return the item you’ll need to do so in a traceable method and in the same condition as when you received it. We will process an exchange or refund your purchase price, taxes and original shipping charge as promptly as possible, but in no event later that 48 hours after receipt. It must come back UNOPENED in ORIGINAL BOX. After the 30 days, the purchase is final. BUYER PAYS SHIPPING UNLESS WE CAN PROVE IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.
PAYMENT:
Unless stated otherwise in the page, we accept personal checks, cashiers or bank checks, and PayPal. Items purchased with personal checks will not ship until your check clears- this can take up to 10 days, but we will ship the item sooner if our bank clears the check.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We strive to keep shipping costs low and in MOST CASES SHIPPING TO YOU (LOWER 48) ITS FREE. Some larger or unusual items which require special handling may incur shipping and handling charges. We make every effort to ship your items within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping charges may apply if item goes to a residential and lift gate is needed up to $150 in lower 48 when sending anything over 120lb
RISK OF LOSS:
We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any item after delivering it to a “Common Carrier” and will not refund for these unless the buyer has insured the item. Some items may require insurance and these charges will be paid for by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We can ship this item to nearly anywhere in the world. Please inquire about shipping charges to your country. Some countries charge additional customs fees. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to some countries. Additional fees may apply.
